(That said, I would choose Palmclit. A girl's gotta have SOME simplicity in our otherwise hella complicated lives!)
I want to make sure and disclaim that I don't condone this. I just found it to be an interesting and rather bold look at cosmetic surgery going into an age where such things very well might be possible. That said, in my personal experience, I'd say about 50% of the women with which I've been familiar certainly had unfortunate issues with their nether-regions. Often, ironically, regardless of my comfort or lack of such issues. I personally blame our Judeo-Christian social values.
